Today saw a rare external luncheon foray, to Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Temple Bar's Meeting House Square, with world-renowned TNDC athlete Rory "Razor Sharp" Wilson. Cajun chicken bites with chilli and sour cream dip opened the agenda nicely, then I opted for the Greek Lamb burger - deliciously tender lamb with hummus, tzatziki, tomato and lettuce - and chips. The bill was almost entirely covered by a €25 voucher that I had acquired, gratis, from Pigsback - great success!
Homeward after work for more relaxation and bloggage - normally a foray to the cinema wold have occurred but awkward timings and a poor bill of fare conspired against this.
