A 75 minute drive through the Port Tunnel, across the M50 and up the M3 had me in the glorious homestead of Gallonbawn for Easter Sunday dinner with Mum Dad and Austin, and as expected (but never taken for granted!), the meal was an awesomely delicious affair of fillet steak, home-made chips, sauteed mushrooms, onions and super noodles - comfort food does not come any better than this! Freshly made Black Forest Gateau made for an epic dessert.
Approximately 4 of those calories were worked off during a stroll in the back garden, which was looking very well in the Easter Sunshine.
Colour aplenty in the Gallonbawn Back Garden
