Day 218 - Saturday, August 6th, 2011

There was sunshine aplenty on offer today, so the trip to Seven Mile Beach that was very much in order did indeed occur. A simple recipe - lie flat out on the beach with its powdery sand whilst listening to iPhone choons and when too hot, enter the cooler-but-warm waters of the Caribbean for a refreshing dip and allow lil' fish to approach you and nibble at miniscule parts of your skin just like those Fish Pedicure places. Repeat until sunset. Mint!

Having indulged in a largely unsatisfying breakfast earlier at Cafe Del Sol, a mighty hunger had been assembled by the time 8 o'clock came around, so it was off to Legends, where their best-in-world Potato Skins kicked off proceedings well. The request to have the Szechuan Chicken Stir-Fry made as hot as humanly possible went surprisingly heeded - huzzah! Providing the entertainment backdrop were some UFC fights, which are hugely popular here, and the viciousness factor was reasonably high tonight - huzzah encore!
