Day 11 - Tuesday January 11th 2011

Today was marked by the most absolutely magical celebration in work, when we all lit sparklers upon the second of 11:01:11:11:01:11 (11.01 am and 11 seconds on the 11th of January 2011) and went utterly apeshit with sheer joy and frenzy. Except we didn't. Work was fine, but was banal as ever.

Apres work, I ventured to Cineworld to enjoy my 3rd film of the year, and decided to go a little left-field, choosing the Hindi/Bollywood production of No-one Killed Jessica - a film based on a true story where an influential politician's son (boo!) murdered an innocent socalite and got away with it for 6 years but the power of the media (yay!) and the people it assembled (whoop whoop!) overturned the verdict. It was all a little tacky, but the direction was stylish at times, the soundtrack was excellent and there were some great acting performances, so I awarded it 5 out of 10.

Taking pointless pictures of myself each day is getting more than a little tedious, but I'm still continuing with it. For how long, we'll see!
