Concocted in a misty Cavan (that's as in the Spanish sparkling wine as opposed to the Irish county) haze minutes into the New Year, I have decided to keep a blog detailing every day of 2011, and ranking each one in terms of enjoyment and state of mind. After instantly announcing it to Facebook friends, suggestions came forth to also have a picture taken of me each day, and also one each day with a different alcoholic beverage.
It won't be easy so wish me luck and we'll see how it goes!
