Day 3 - January 3rd 2011

Surprise! Day 3 was monumentally dull, rising late following a tardy retirement earlier that morning. The World Darts Final was the sole highlight of the day, with a brilliant match between Gary Anderson and Adrian Lewis, who won by 7 sets to 5 and hit a 9-dart leg in the process. As most of you know, I went over to the UK about 12 weekends last year to mark PDC (Professional Darts Corporation) Players Championship matches and MC'd a number of exhibitions in Ireland, and most of the players (including the new World Champion) stop and chat to me upon sight now, which 12 months ago I wouldn't have believed would be possible.

Am actually looking forward to going back to work!
